No, its just that very rarely, and i mean VERY rare when i enter Valpatro i see a broken station.

Also it seems to only happen after the Supernova storyline, at least for me.

The only circumstance i see to this is that it started happening after i finished the Supernova storyline so that may be a prerequisite for this glitch to happen.

I wouldn't know, anyway. I have the Supernova storyline only on SD, and you can't transfer add-ons.
