Characteristics[]

The Nuyang II is an impressive ship to own. It has more armor and primary weapon slots than the Veteran, and is less expensive. The Nuyang II is also an acceptable alternative to more conventional trading ships, possessing a a healthy 105 ton cargo capacity. The weapons slots are all located front and center, making sure you will rarely miss your shots, the shots being so centered, and not spread apart such as on certain ships.

While it is debated if it deserves the "Ultimate Ship" title, the Nuyang II has two, tiny flaws. Being a Midorian ship, it can be considered less than attractive by some. While this may not be a problem for some more utilitarian players, the Nuyang II can be considered an eyesore to look at. The second problem is, the ship is quite unbalanced in nature, meaning, the engines are spread out across a large width, and are quite tall as well, leaving some parts exceptionally prone to enemy fire. Though this is not such a huge issue, it may pose concerns for some players. The Nuyang II is an above average contender, whose talents lead it to be more of an all-rounder, unlike the more trade centered ships, (The Anaan, and the Cormorant) or the combat-centric ships, such as the Ward or Dace.

Trivia[]

  • This is the only Midorian ship that does not bear its faction symbol.
  • This is the Base-Game ultimate ship for Mido.
  • The engines on the wings look like the ones found on a Badger. The whole body resembles the shape of the Betty
  • It can be assumed that this was a heavy mining vessel for Midorians before being weaponized.
  • It looks similar to Boba Fett's ship, Slave I, from the Star Wars franchise.
  • There is no Nuyang I or earlier model
  • Oluchi Erland and Ganfor Kant uses this ship.
