The Deep Science Logo in GoF3

Deep Science is a Terran organization dedicated to study and research concerning the Voids. After the Valkyrie update it is revealed that Deep Science is researching and producing ships with integrated Khador Drives like the Cronus. Its headquarters is located in the orbit of Kothar, in the Beidan System which can only be accessed by a Khador Drive, while Thynome, in the system, became Keith T. Maxwell's home for a while.

Deep Science's primary scientist and leader is assumed to be Carla Paolini; she becomes the love interest of Keith T. Maxwell.

Both the Deep Science stations have their own unique soundtrack. This was not the case before the Supernova expansion as they had the normal Terrran sound track.

In GoF3 , it was revealed that Deep Science has became an independent faction that holds no politcial or racial allegations. They have been branded as a terrorist group by several goverments due to the fact that they often experiment their creations in conflict zones and pirate hot spots in order to avoid prosecution.

Stations[]

Deep Science holds these stations as research bases:

Thynome
- This station primarily serves as a resarch station of the Voids. The VoidX can be bought for around 8 million only at this station.

Kothar
- This station is the current HQ and the ships factory. Deep Science ships can be bought only at this station. This station is sometimes called the "iStation", poking fun at its resemblance to Apple products with the white and overall sleek theme. It says DEEP SCIENCE on the right side of the station.

Carla Paolini - Presumed leader of Deep Science, Love interest of Keith T. Maxwell.
Khador - Creator of the Khador Drive. Captured by the Valkyrie crew but rescued by Maxwell. Also made the bomb that unintentionally made the Supernova in the Ginoya system grow bigger.
Keith T. Maxwell - Mercenary hired by Deep Science. Stopped the destruction of Kothar Station at the hands of the Valkyrie Station. Saved the Mido Sector from destruction by a supernova and killed the Black Guard leader, Trunt Harval.
Thomas Boyle - One of the researchers at Deep Science. Captured by pirates but rescued by Maxwell.
Netor - Creator of the Disruptor Laser and friend of Khador.
Dr. Thadellonius Moonsprocket - A scientist and archeologist who discovered plans for the plasma array and anti-anti-matter, which helped containing the Midorian Supernova catastrophe.
Brillo Lampeter - Moonsprocket's Bobolian psychiatrist (and presumed sidekick)
